Service is non existent. They don't even bring plates or utensils. If you ask a question, they disappear. They mixed up the order. They seemed to be over worked. I don't blame the staff. Dosa has a weird texture like it was sitting there for several hours. It wasn't tasty either.

This restaurant needs zero star. I am upset with the business scam. I ordered buy one and get one biryani free offer on May 1st weeks until may 3. This is a To GO and online pickup at store order. I included the pictures of expectation of biryani. They gave me small container biryani 65 % filled. And chicken piece on the bottom of box. Biryani is sparsely distributed to fill the volume. I ate both biryanis but still do not feel satisfied as I am not full. The salan taste was so bad. They did not also prepared the biryani as per the scheduled time. They delay it. The attitude of these people is awesome. They act like street side vendor. And after the biryani, you have to pay extra $2 for chicken. See my image. These guys have hidden pricing. Biryani taste is not good at all. There is no dum taste in Dum biryani. Very dry rice. One small chicken piece. Really I am upset, so writing this review. Hopefull these guys makes a change for next customers. No wonder the restaurant ratings are down. And they do not care about that.

Shocked to see animal flesh in the vegetarian food. When I returned back, the staff immediately trashed the food in front of me and asked what else as if it is very common for them. No apologies or regrets, rather he responded very rude. I visited this place many times and spent lot of money. Now I regret and will never visit them back.

I’ll start with the place itself — they’ve done a great job keeping it simple and authentic. I absolutely love the details and the photos on the walls; they truly remind me of Indian streets and add a nostalgic touch to the atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by their ordering system. You order through a QR code, and the food is brought directly to your table. It’s very thoughtful and convenient. The food comes out quickly, and it’s great that everyone at the table can order simultaneously from their own phones. We’ve visited multiple times, and their dosas and mysore bonda are consistently excellent. The pulao is perfectly balanced with flavor and spice. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu! The only thing I’m still hoping for is a perfect filter coffee, and the tea could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s a wonderful place that keeps us coming back.

Today i visited with family first time this restaurant to eat dosa and other south indian items. The restaurant ambiance was good. If talking about food review so i can say its just OK, salt was very low on all curry items which was not enhance the flavor of the dish also updated the same on reception. Chatni's which served with item was good. We ordered multiple items like masal dosa mesore masala dosa, pizza chicken tikka dosa, mini idli, chola batora, puri masala. You can try atleast one time to taste south indian food in irvine california.
